Forged base clip offers an efficiency rating of 80% based on the catalog breaking strength of wire rope. Rolled threads; base features a Product Identification Code (PIC), the Crosby® name (or CG), and size for tracing. Entire wire rope clip is galvanized to resist corrosive and rusting action; red makes it easy to identify as Crosby® quality.

Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, design factor, ductility, proof load and temperature requirements. Also meets additional critical performance requirements not addressed by ASME B30.26, including impact properties, fatigue life, and material traceability.
