The rounded bow of an anchor shackle accommodates loads from multiple directions without developing excessive side load. Excellent for connecting slings to load rings, or for use with multiple-leg slings or with wider straps or slings. Secures with a round pin and removeable cotter pin. Performs well where pin is subject to twists or torque.
