A bent plate design makes this winch ideal for fastening straps from the edges of the tent, as the bend elevates the winch to an angle that makes it easier to attach the straps. Simply drive the stake through the hole on winch, and run the strap from the tent to the winch; there's no need for ratchet straps, d-rings, or hooks. For use with 1" or 2" webbing.
